Golden Scarab Beatle/ Arenal |
Last March I led my fourth photography trip in Costa Rica and I've finally gotten around to processing some of my favorite images. This trip, offered through
Journeys International, is always wonderful and every time is different. The incredible variety of wildlife, the colorful people and small towns, make for an endless number of unique photographic opportunities.
With two days/ nights in a cloud forest, three days/nights in the highlands surrounding Arenal volcano, and three days/nights in the jungles and canals of Tortuguero we visit three completely different ecosystems. Our local guide is expert at helping us find the local wildlife and always know the best fruit stand to stop at!
I thank De, Fred, Mike, and Sydney for making the trip a wonderfully memorable one!

Fantastic, what an amazing variety of little (and big) creatures and scenics...so well captured of course. You're work is fantastic Wayde -- looks like these are straight out of Nat Geo, thanks for sharing. - Kial
ReplyDeleteKial! Thanks for the kind words and for checking out the images! I can't wait to see what you're up to soon!
DeleteWayde, these are incredible. Just so breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Robin. Great to hear from you!
ReplyDeleteWow! These pictures are superb. My brother is a budding photographer and I am sure he is going to like this post a lot. I must share it with him right away. I have also finalised a nice event space NYC for his exhibition. I want the world to know about him and his work.
